Frequently asked questions
A good place to start.
How do I get started with Lira?
Request a demo to meet our team for a live walkthrough. Share your company size, current payroll workflow, and what you want to understand or validate. Together, we can explore how Lira can help and discuss next steps.
What should I do if I cannot access my workspace?
Check that you are using the work email and workspace link provided during onboarding. If access still fails, contact your workspace administrator or email our team with the error message and when it occurred. Never send your password or sign-in codes.
How can I get help with payroll data or an integration?
Tell us which payroll system or data source you use, the step you are working on, and any error message. Our team can help clarify the next steps for your setup. Please use anonymized examples rather than sending employee records by email.
What should I include when reporting an issue?
Include a short summary, the steps to reproduce the issue, what you expected, and what happened instead. Add your browser, the time and time zone, and whether other team members are affected. Redact personal and payroll information from screenshots.
What if a calculation or scenario looks unexpected?
Note the scenario, relevant rule settings, and the difference between the expected and displayed result. Contact our team with an anonymized example so we can investigate. Avoid sharing employee names, salaries, bank details, or identifiers in your initial request.
Who can help with billing or changes to our account?
Email our team from your work address with your company name and a brief description of the request. For access or permission changes, involve your workspace administrator. Do not include payment card information.
How do I report a security concern or make a privacy request?
Email our team with the subject “Security concern” or “Privacy request” and a brief description. For a potential vulnerability, describe the affected area without including credentials or sensitive data. Ask for a suitable way to share any sensitive details.
